Q: What is the best way to find my size? A: We know sizing can be tricky! Each product page includes a detailed size chart with specific measurements. We highly recommend you check it to find the perfect fit before placing your order.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also process secure payments through PayPal and Stripe.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Our fulfillment partners work quickly to get your custom order into production as soon as possible. Because of this, we can only guarantee changes or cancellations if you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Please email us at contact@vendlyy.com immediately if you need to make a change.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do your products ship from? A: All of our unique, print-on-demand products are made and shipped directly from our trusted, third-party fulfillment partners located right within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: The total estimated delivery time for all U.S. orders is typically 5–9 business days. This includes 2–4 business days for our team to produce your item and 3–5 business days for shipping. For more details, you can visit our Shipping Policy page.
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We offer a flat rate of $7.99 for all orders under $199. Orders over $199 receive free standard shipping. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Q: How can I track my package? A: Once your order is shipped from our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. You can find our complete policy on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
Q: How do I start a return? A: To initiate a return, simply email our customer support team at contact@vendlyy.com with your order number. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? A: The fastest way to get a new item is to place a new order for the product you want and then return your original item for a full refund. This ensures your new item is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
