Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in its original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.

All original tags and labels must still be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Simple Steps to Initiate a Return
We’ve made our return process as easy as possible. Just follow these three simple steps:

Request Authorization: Before shipping your item back, please email our customer support team at contact@vendlyy.com. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return. We will then provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct U.S. return shipping address.

Securely Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. For a smooth process, please remember to include your name and order number inside the package.

Ship Your Return: Send your package to the U.S. address provided with your RMA number. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong size, a damaged product, or a defective item), we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
Our Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your bank or credit card statement.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your new product without delay. You can then return the original item for a full refund, following the steps outlined above.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@vendlyy.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition, the shipping label, and the packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you might change your mind. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our production process begins quickly, we can only guarantee a cancellation if the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
