This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a transparent and seamless experience for all our customers in the United States.
All of our products are made-to-order, which allows us to offer you a vast range of unique designs while minimizing waste. To guarantee exceptional quality and timely delivery, our production and shipping operations are handled by professional fulfillment partners located within the United States.
Order Processing & Production Time
Our process begins the moment you place your order. The time required to produce your custom item is typically 2–4 business days. This period starts after your payment is successfully authorized and all order details are verified. Our U.S.-based partners operate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT). Please note that weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily cut-off time for new orders is 6:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday. Any orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be entered into our production queue on the next available business day.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. The estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. This means you can expect to receive your order within 5–9 business days from the time you place it.
Please be aware that these are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays due to weather, peak holiday seasons, or carrier-related issues. Deliveries to non-contiguous states such as Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time.
Carrier & Service
We partner with a network of reliable U.S. carriers, including USPS, to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly. The specific service level is automatically chosen by our fulfillment partner based on factors like destination, package weight, and size.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $199 (calculated on the cart subtotal after discounts and before taxes/fees).

For orders under $199, a flat rate of $7.99 applies.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not add any hidden handling fees.
Sales Tax

We are required by U.S. law to collect sales tax on all orders where applicable. This is determined by your shipping address.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been completed and shipped from our partner’s facility, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Areas & Restrictions

We ship exclusively to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

For security and delivery accuracy, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarders.
Address Accuracy
It is essential that your shipping information is correct. Please double-check your name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code at checkout. If you discover an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or is in transit, we cannot reroute it. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipment fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To file a claim, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping label, and the packaging.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking status has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, please reach out to us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Approved claims for damaged or lost items will be resolved with a replacement order or a full refund.
