Agreement
These terms apply to your use of Vendly, the service at https://app.vendlyy.com operated by Magi Jouets LLC, 1234 Example St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, United States (Wyoming). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. You must be at least 18 and use Vendly for business purposes.
The service
Vendly reads the product catalog of a store you connect, generates advertising creatives and copy with AI models, and can create Meta campaigns for you. Features change over time; we tell you in advance when we remove something you rely on.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secret and your information accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you let use it. Tell us at once at support@vendlyy.com if you think someone else has access.
Shopify and Meta
When you connect Shopify or Meta, you authorize Vendly to use them on your behalf within the permissions you approve. Their own terms continue to apply, including Meta's Advertising Standards.
Vendly creates Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads in a paused state. You decide whether to activate them, and you are responsible for your ads, their targeting and their budgets. Advertising spend is billed to you by Meta, not by Vendly.
Your content and the creatives
You keep all rights to the content you bring (product data, photos, texts). You give us permission to process it only to provide Vendly to you, including by sending it to the AI providers listed in the privacy policy.
As between you and us, the creatives and copy Vendly generates for you are yours to use. AI output can contain mistakes, and similar outputs may be generated for others. Review every creative before you publish it: you are responsible for the claims your ads make, for having the right to the photos you upload, and for complying with advertising and consumer law in your markets.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vendly to create ads that are illegal, misleading, discriminatory or that infringe other people's rights; to upload photos of people without their permission; to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or to get around credit limits or access other organizations' data.
Credits and payment
Generating a creative uses credits; the cost is shown before you generate. Free trial credits expire 30 days after they are granted. Paid plans and credit packs, when offered, show their price and conditions before you buy and are processed by Stripe. Unless the law says otherwise, credits have no cash value and purchased credits are not refundable.
Availability
We work to keep Vendly available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or of any advertising result. Keep your own copies of creatives you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Vendly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where possible.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we tell account holders by email before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Wyoming.
